This 90 minute class will include aspects of Barre, Yoga, Gyrokenesis, Stretching and the movement of a Modern class.

Working with props like yoga balls, therabands and mats, we will have your body trembling and working in ways you would never have thought possible! Access muscles and build body awareness through different movements. A great class to kick off your day!
