If you have ever dreamed of wearing pointe shoes or are you dying to relive your glory days of ballet, join us for this pointe conditioning class!
This class will focus on exercises and conditioning to strengthen the foot and ankle and provide dancers with the proper foundation for pointe work. This is an open level class although we do recommend previous ballet training.
Pointe shoes are not required for class and a bulk of the class will focus on strength using thera-bands and other equipment. Please connect with your teacher who will be happy to advise you on your readiness for pointe shoes.
