Working with rhythm and a variety of dance movements is supportive and restorative for the brain, body, and spirit, for kids and adults of all physicality levels dealing with short/long-term effects of illness, aging related imbalances/conditions, or just staying healthy through movement. She also teaches at The Calgary Winter Club, Bungee Workout Canada, and a variety of seniors programs within the Calgary community, focusing on dance history and physical, mental, social benefits of movement longevity.
Tina loves spending time with her two kids, her husband, and their cats taking on new adventures and activities, and travelling as much as possible.
