ADULT SCHEDULES, FEES, & POLICIES

Full-spectrum classes for pros & first-timers alike

The year for adult programs is divided into 4 sessions:

Fall: September to December

Winter: January to March

Spring: April to June

Summer: July and August

Fees

Payment of fees, in full, must be received to guarantee your spot in class. All prices plus GST.

Session Tuition Rate

2024/25 Rates

Based on a rate of $21.00 for 60 minutes classes,
$28.00  for 90 minute classes.

Fall Session = 13-15 classes

Winter Session = 10-11 classes

Spring Session = 9-13 classes (depending on Holidays and Cancellations).

Summer Session = 6 classes

Session Unlimited Registration

Register in as many classes as you’d like for:

Fall 2024 Session: $1155 (3 payments of $385.00)

Winter 2025 Session: $915 (3 payments of $305.00)

Spring 2024 Session:TBA

Drop-In Rates

$25 for 60 minute class, $35 for 90 minute class

 

 

(Cash or debit preferred. Credit card transactions are charged a 3% convenience fee).

 

Earlybird discount

Tuition is discounted by 5% for upcoming sessions up to 1 month prior to the session starting. See our registration software for session-specific dates.

Student Discount

Contact the office at (403) 282-0555 before registering to ensure you receive your discount of 20%!

Multi-Class Discount

Students who enrol in multiple classes within a session are given discounts on their base tuition. 

5% for 3-4 classes. 5+ classes are eligible for our Unlimited Rate.

Discounts can not be combined with the exception of early bird and multi-class discounts.

Credit Card Convenience fees

A 3% non-refundable Convenience Fee will be charged on all credit card transactions. 

We accept Debit and Cash payment with no additional fee, which must be handled in-person at our office.

Change Fees

Once the registration process is confirmed, a $35 + GST change fee will apply to any changes.

Cancellation Fee

If a cancellation is permitted according to our policy (below) a $50 cancellation fee + GST will apply.

Registering late? If you are registering after the session start date,
your fees will be pro-rated automatically in our online registration system.

Policies

Adult Programs Cancellation Policy

In the event of withdrawal, refunds will only be given if written notice is received 2 (two) weeks prior to the program start date, with the exception of medical reasons which must be documented with a letter from your doctor.

A $50.00 Cancellation Fee, the Membership Fee and the cost of classes that have passed up to the day the withdrawal notice was received will be deducted from the refund amount. GST will be added to all fees. Fees are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable.

Missed Class Policy

Classes can be made up by the registered student within the registered session. Missed classes are not transferable to other sessions or other people. Please consult with your teacher or one of our admin team regarding suitable classes. Note: makeup classes may be done in advance.
